Νew electric connection

Dear Chalet Owner,

I hope this email finds you well.

We write to inform you that the new electric connection is taking place on the 30th & 31st of July.

To keep disruption to the electric supply to a minimum, a generator will be running on the park for two days, so there should only be a short outage when the generator is connected and disconnected.

Correspondence address has changed

Service Charge Certificate 2023
April 9, 2024

Rainbows End Park -Service Charge Certificate 2023

Dear Chalet owners,

Kindly see attached service charge certificate for the year ending 31 December 2023.

Actual expenditure for the year was £84.502 + VAT = £101.402,50 against the budgeted amount of £83.643,75 + VAT = £100.372,50 (a discount of 25% was offered to this amount). In total during the year, we slightly exceeded budget by £858.33 + VAT = £1.030 (£12.26 per chalet)

Once again, this excess will be covered by the directors for the year will be covered by the directors and hence no additional amounts will burden the owners.

Completion of water works

Completion of water works - Action required!

Dear Chalet Owners,

We are happy to announce that the works to install the new water mains have been completed.

Anyone visiting their Chalet for the first time needs to run the taps for a short while to clear any air locks or debris that might have got in the pipes.

Insurance Renewal
March 8, 2024

The annual insurance policy has been renewed. Total insurance premium per chalet is £114.66 + VAT =£137.59. In accordance to your leases, payments can be made in 8 equal instalments. Please see attached relevant insurance documents for your records
